Willie James Davis, Jr. age 45, “aka” as 40-Cal was born in Fort Gaines, Georgia to the parentage of the late Willie James Davis, Sr. and Shirley Ann Lawson Davis Tim on July 5, 1976. He was raised by his mother, Shirley A. Davis Tim and her second husband, Jerry Tim. He never married. He graduated from Randolph-Clay High School. He loved to play basketball, watch MMA, and spend time with family and friends. He was a jokester and a friendly person. His favorite pastime was grilling food for family and friends. He was loved by his family and friends and will be missed dearly by those that knew him

He entered into eternal rest on October 29, 2021 in Abbeville, AL.

Those left to cherish his loving memories are his children, Zyderrious Davis, ShiMari Davis, Darreontae Jackson, Javonta Hunter and BreShayla Turner; 2 brothers, Theo Davis of Dothan, AL and Victor Tim of Virginia Beach, VA; 3 sisters, Arica Davis (Mark Long) French of Dothan, AL, Victoria (Kristopher) Calhoun of Dallas. TX and Alisha Patterson of Edison, GA; Dad, Jerry (Linda) Tims of Ft. Gaines, GA; 2 aunts, Teresa Chitty of Abbeville, AL and Theresa Davis of Cuthbert, GA; 6 uncles, Cecil Bush of Abbeville, AL, Colevious Ingram, John (Winfred) Davis, Calvin Davis, Billie Joe (Michelle) Davis and Tyrone, (Felecia) Davis; 3 nephews, D’Mitri Davis, Todd French, Todd French and Kase Calhoun;  6 nieces, Angelique Davis, Mai Davis, Joscelyn Faison, Akira French, Amya Davis and Jada Davis; 2 great nieces, Autumn Armstrong and Mireya Faison; 2 great nephews, Malahki Jackson and Prince Davis; best friends, Christopher Wesley and Greg Smith and a host of other relatives and sympathizing friends.
