Brother Willie Anthony Cannon son of the Minnie Sam Cannon and the late Willie Nelson Cannon was born on January 21, 1970 in Ft. Gaines, Georgia.
At an early age he confessed in Christ and became a member of the St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church.
He was a proud graduate of Randolph/Clay High School class of 1986.
“Bud” as he was affectionately known was very loving, caring, generous, outspoken young man who never met a stranger and always tried to treat people the way he wanted to be treated.
On Friday, May 28, 2021 he departed this life at Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama.
Those left to cherish his loving memories are his loving and devoted mother, Minnie Sam (David L. McCray) Cannon of Ft. Gaines, GA; 2 sisters, Minnie Eva Cannon of Ft. Gaines, GA and Sunga Michelle Cannon of Camilla, GA; 10 aunts; 5 uncles; 3 special nieces, Sharika Jackson, Latonya Brown and Takila Marsh; a special nephew, David T. Jackson; 2 special cousins, Evelyn Timpson and Bobbie Howard; a special friend, Juanita Turner and a host of other loving great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
