Ms. Willard Dean Timpson, daughter of the late Pearl John and Samuel Corbitt, was born on July 2, 1943 in Henry County, AL.
At an early age she confessed in Christ and became a faithful member of Springfield Baptist Church until her health declined.
She attended Asbury Speight School in Fort Gaines, GA.
Anyone that knew Dean, knew that she was a loving and giving person. She enjoyed being with family and listening to her oldie goldies. Dean never met a stranger and was a free-spirited person.
She was united in Holy Matrimony to Eddie B. Timpson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Ron Corbitt; and two siblings, Alberta Gray and Sam Corbitt, Jr.
Dean leaves to cherish her memories one daughter, Tammie Timpson (Ronnie Walden) of Cuthbert, GA; three sons, Gerald Corbitt of Fort Gaines, GA, Alvin Timpson of Coleman, GA, and Don (Linda) Timpson of Cuthbert, GA; one sister, Bobby Jackson of Fort Gaines, GA; two bothers, Willie (Annie) Corbitt of Fort Gaines, GA, and Clarence Corbitt of Fort Gaines, GA; a special son-n-law, Dwayne Wheat; a special friend, Inez Foster of Fort Gaines, GA; and a host grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sympathizing friends.
