Rosie Ford Wolton was born April 1,1939 to the late Albert and Rosie Ford in Georgetown, Ga.
She was the fifth child of 10 children. She attended St. Paul at an early age and was involved in the church. She later moved to Newark, N.J. She was a seamstress and she also worked in Passaic New Jersey, where she made luggage and purses.
She later moved back to Georgetown, Ga., where she worked at Crowne Healthcare. As her health began to fail, she became a Consumer of Crowne Health Care.
Rosie was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Rosie Lynn Ford; sisters, Bernice Duncombe, Lucille Jones, Louise Bussey, Evelyn Jenkins, and Maple Bradford; and brothers, Albert Ford Jr. and Walter Ford.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her sister, Lola Bell Moore of Riviera Beach, FL and one brother, David Lee Ford of Eufaula, AL. She was a special aunt to many. She leaves a host of nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews from various states, and other relatives and friends.
