Michael was born in Columbus, Georgia on October 1, 1977 to the parentage of the late Theodora Parkman and the late Marion Norris.
At an early age he confessed in Christ and joined the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Ft. Gaines, GA.
Michael attended Quitman County Elementary School and Stewart-Quitman High School in Lumpkin, Georgia. He worked for Cooper Lighting until it ceased operations and later worked at Hyundai Polytech until his health began to decline.
On June 27, 2022 God called his Angel home at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL.
He leaves to cherish his memories to two sisters, Teran (Tyrone) Starling of Cuthbert, GA and Hakena Norris of Marietta, GA; three nieces, Dayquandria Starling, Temera Starling and DAiyanna Starling; six aunts, Izora (Walter) McElroy, Berniece (Albert) Williams, Mary Jackson, and Annie Young, all of Georgetown, GA, Betty Ashely of Hollywood, FL, and Emma Jean Galloway of Dothan, AL; two uncles, Joseph (Gail) Norris and Uyness (Irene) Norris, both of Georgetown, GA; two great aunts, Julia McMiller and Mollie Parkman of Georgetown, GA; two great uncles, Earnest Parkman of Georgetown, GA and Benny Cook of New Mexico; two fishing buddies, Mattie Glover and Eddie Joe Hill; two special friends, Kayron Brooks, Cassie Jones and Cornelius Screws; and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
