Mary Denise (Truitt) Cochran

Mary Denise Truitt-Cochran was born on May 5, 1968 to Vincent Bankhead and Mary Lois Truitt in Brooksville, MS.

She departed her life on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. 

She accepted Christ at an early age and joined First Baptist Church in Shorterville, AL.

Mary received her education at Northview High School. 

She worked most of her adult life at Hardees for 18 years, while raising her 4 children, as well as her 4 grandchildren. 

At the age of 14 she developed a life-long love with her husband, Willie Earl Cochran.  To this union 4 children were born.

She was preceded in death by Timothy Jerome Truitt and Tommy Robinson, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories a loving husband, Willie Earl Cochran; four loving children, Lativia Truitt (Anthony Sol) of Fort Gaines, GA, Willie Truitt, Jr.(Janelle Truitt) of Jacksonville, FL, Shamiriyal Truitt (Lamonte Lewis) of Dothan, AL, and April Truitt       Burroughs (Khaalis Burroughs) of Dothan, AL; her mother, Mary Lois Truitt of Fort Gaines, GA; four sisters, Pamela Truitt and Nicole Truitt of Fort Gaines, GA,    Angie Truitt of Edison, GA, and Tangie Archer of Palatka, FL; two brothers, Anthony Truitt of Fort Gaines, GA and Aaron Archer of Palatka, FL; 10 grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and sympathizing friends.
