Lofton Williams, Jr.

Lofton Williams, Jr (aka Wolfman, June, Lofton Jr.) was born on July 19, 1955 in Clay County to the late Viola (Lynn) Williams and Lofton Williams.

Lofton was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother:  Lillie Mae Williams, Mary Granger, Sylvia Williams, Victoria Williams, Emma Daniels and Johnny Peterman, Sr.

Lofton was called home on August 11, 2022 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL.

Lofton enjoyed gardening, hunting, and fishing.  He worked hard and provided for our family at a young age. As we cherish childhood memories, we think of the good times we shared with him enjoying vegetables and watermelon from the garden he planted.   He will also be missed by his friends that used to hunt and fish with him.

Lofton leaves to cherish his memories, a daughter, Brianna Davis and a grandson, Jah’Mere Thomas, both of Eufaula, Al; Three sisters, Ruby Gilbert of Fort Gaines, GA, Annie Williams of Eufaula, AL and Agness Williams of Ellaville, GA;  Two special nieces and a special nephew, Irene Williams, Anita Davis, and Michael Williams; Two special friends, James Jackson and George Bland and a host of other special family, cousins and friends.
