Lella Mae Hodge

Ms. Lella Mae Hodge was born in Clay County, GA on December 11, 1941.  She   departed this life on August 23, 2023.  She was united in marriage to Frank Hodge III and to this union three children were born.

. She loved to watch television, and among her favorite shows were “Price Is Right”, “Wrestling”, “Let’s Make A Deal with Wayne Brady”, and any “News show.”

In addition to her parents and siblings, she was preceded in death by her son, 

Anthony Bankston, Sr.

Those left to cherish her loving memories are three daughters, Regina (Willie) Hodge-Davis of Fort Gaines, GA, and Machell Renee (Charlie, Jr.) Hodge-Jackson and Glenda (Espenozer) Hodge-Gladden of Columbus, GA;  a daughter-in-law, Anna Bankston of Columbus, GA; 23 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
