Jermaine Jackson was born on January 17, 1977 in Fort Gaines, GA, to Luretha and the late Willie Jackson Jr.
He received his education in the Clay County and Randolph County School System, where he played basketball for the Randolph-Clay Red Devils for several years.
On February 9, 2015, he was united in holy matrimony to Octravia Brutley-Jackson and to this union three children were born.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Gardner.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories his wife, Octravia Brutley- Jackson of Eufaula, AL; six children, Kadejiah Jackson and Jermaine Bennett of Cuthbert, GA, Jalen,Justin, Gavin, and Jordan of Eufaula, AL; mother, Luretha Jackson of Eufaula, AL, one sister Cheryl Gotchett of Eufaula, AL; five brothers, Wayne (Claudia) Williams of Victor Ville, CA, Willie Jackson III, David (Mary) Jackson, James (Lena) Jackson of Fort Gaines, GA, and Reginald (Sharon) Jackson of Eufaula, AL; an uncle, Andrew Jackson of Liberty, NY; a devoted friend, Marcus Moore of Fort Gaines, GA; three sisters-n-law, Tammy Brutley, Tracy (Thadeus) Allen, and Whitney (Jimmy) Johnson; one brother-n-law, Bernard (Jasmine) Rivers, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and sympathizing friends who loved him dearly.
