Herman Jackson, Jr. was born June 26, 1965, to the parentage of the late Julia L. & Herman Jackson.
At an early age he confessed in Christ and became a member of the First Baptist Church, Shorterville, AL.
He was educated in the Clay County School System and graduated from Randolph-Clay High School, Class of 1983.
He was united in Holy Matrimony to Beryl James Jackson and to this union two children were born.
Herman Jr. spent many years as a Private Lawn Contractor and later returned to Fort Gaines where he became employed with the County as a Laborer until he became ill.
He will be missed dearly by his family and friends at the Post Office and Chevron.
Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Corey Jackson of Montgomery, AL, Courtney Jackson of Dallas, TX, and Jeramie Rumph of Brundidge, AL; three sisters, Ann (Prentis) Campbell of Jacksonville, NC, Yvonne (James) Moore of Montgomery, AL, and Brenda Hardamon of Fort Gaines, GA; a brother, Alloyd (Bruce) Graham of Abbeville, AL; 3 grandchildren, Alaiah Skye Martin, Dream Dior and Chosen Amir Jackson, 3 Aunts, Earlene Edge of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Ila Elane Allen of Dothan, AL and Eva Canty of Newark, NJ; 2 uncles, Bobby (Ruby) Allen of Mobile, AL and Raymond Allen of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; three special friends, Pastor Fritzthadus Mack, Antonio Hall and Stephan Howard, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and sympathizing friends.
