On Saturday, November 16, 2024, Barbara Ann Littleton, 73, of Fort Gaines, Georgia, moved to her heavenly home. Barbara’s life was a canvas of color, a tapestry of triumphs. Every dream pursued, every goal achieved, told a story of inspiration, empowering others. Her legacy soars, inspiring many and countless hearts. Now in Jesus arms, she finds eternal rest.
Barbara was born in Detroit, Michigan, on June 1, 1951, to the late Minnie Lee Davis. Married her soulmate Wilfred Littleton for 49 years. Their remarkable bond blossomed into an unforgettable adventure. A testament to the power of true love. In his loving embrace, she found solace and guidance. Their steadfast commitment inspires us, and their eternal love will forever be etched in our hearts.
Barbara loved her savior, the Lord Jesus with all heart, and she loved God’s word. Barbara, nonetheless, a powerful prayer warrior, and only heaven knows what a wonderful and eternal impact all of her many years of faithful praying has had on her family, her friends, and the world at large.
Barbara was a dedicated church member, who grew her spiritual walk under the guidance of the Pastors, Robert T. Jones, Stephanie Jones at the Ark of Deliverance Revival Center, and later Pastor Brenda Hardamon at Oaklong Missionary Baptist Church.
Barbara was an accomplished professional with exceptional keyboard skills, renowned as a top performer in data entry. (Often coining herself as “The best keyboard operator in the world”) She earned certifications in Dental Hygiene and Medical Assisting, Complemented by an Associates Degree in Business Management.
In addition to her mother, Minne Lee Davis, she was preceded in death by her sister, Ida Reid; two brothers, Maurice Davis and Frank Price; and two grandsons, Je’Wayn Littleton and Nheru Littleton II.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Wilfred Littleton; one son, Nheru Littleton (Yolanda); four daughters, Arnetta Smith (Craig), Stephine Littleton, Theresa Paul, and Adriene Broden (Nathaniel); two sisters, Catherine Davis and Barbara Bonner; Brother-n-law, Eugene Littleton (Kim); 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and a host nieces, nephews, God children and many other family members, and friends.
