Elijah Hodge, Jr. Obituary

Elijah Hodge Jr. was born on November 30, 1959 in Miami FL to Elijah Hodge, Sr. and Vera (Bussey) Hodge. He graduated from Miami Central High School in 1977 and enlisted in the United States Army. He served his country until he was honorably released from duty in 1981. He went on to pursue his passion in the field of computer tech and eventually owned his own company. As the years went on, he retired and started to create what was to be his safe haven in Cuthbert, GA. He was very into politics and was a candidate for Randolph County Commissioner.

He was very strong willed, strong minded and outspoken, some hated it, some loved it, but everyone had no choice but to respect it. He had a big heart and would give his last. He loved his family to the ends of the earth.

In the early morning on October 7th 2022, God decided to call him home to be with his parents, his brothers and his son. He passed at Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula, Alabama.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife: Alfreda Wade. His children: Corey Hodge, Jahcarah Hodge, Alandra Willis. His step-children: Dontavious Wade and Deondra Winns and His

grandchildren. He also leaves behind a host of siblings, cousins and other close relatives.
