In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his two sisters; Aretha Jordan and Cathy Ann Jordan; Maternal grandparents, Ed and Annie Laura Gordon; his paternal grandparents,  Johnnie and Mattie Jordan; and a cousin, Michael Jordan, who was like a brother to him.

He leaves to cherish his love and memories, four daughters, Serdearia Scott, Iesha Wimberly, Essence Jordan (Zy), and Aubree Davis; one son, Elgen (EJ) Z. Jordan; three adopted sisters, Latonya Williams, Shakelia Curry (Zack), and Masalena Eutsey; five nephews, Deshawn Jordan, Trevon Jordan, Demetrice Nunnally (Renesha), Terrell Jordan, and Desmond Jordan; a special friend, Hazel Hanks; a longtime dear friend of whom has been there throughout sickness and health, April Denson; three friends of whom he considered brothers, Jeffrey Bennet, Louis, and Robert Hardwick; one aunt, Gloria J.
