Eddie George Foy

Eddie George Foy, son of the late Leroy and Lottie Foy, was born on May 27, 1955.  He dedicated his life to Christ and joined Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church.  He faithfully served until his health declined.  Eddie George was a loving, caring and hard-working son, brother, uncle, husband, father, grandfather and friend.  He was affectionately known to everyone as “Pete.”

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings,  Walter Foy, Hazel Belcher, and Gloria Daniels.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Bobby Foy of Ft. Gaines, GA; three daughters, Kimberly and Latina Foy, both of Ft. Gaines, GA and  Katina (LaKeith) Gibbs of Georgetown, GA, and one son, Draper (Jeanette) Davis of Ft. Gaines, GA; Four siblings,  Shelia Taylor , Cherry (Marvin) Smith , and Doretha (Larry) Smith, all of Ft. Gaines, GA, and Ethel  (Oscar)     Hudson of Jesup, GA; four grandchildren, Adreonna, Eddie, Jr., Jacobe and Kyleah; and a host of loving nieces, nephews and sympathizing friends.
