Obituary

Bobby Lee  Peters , Sr. was born December 1, 1960 to the parentage of the late Murlene C. Martin and Charlie J. Peters.  He transitioned from this life on Saturday, December 18, 2021.

Bobby was educated in the Calhoun County School System and was a graduate of the class of 1979.  After graduation he joined the United States Army and later became a part of the Army Reserve.

He later met and was united in Holy Matrimony to Carrie Peters and together they added four children; Bobby Jr., Laltresh, Shon and Sharee.  Two more children were born to this union, Rashad and Reshae Peters.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Debria C. Johnson and his father, Ulysses Martin, Sr.

Forever cherishing the memories of Bobby’s life are a loving wife Carrie; two sons, Bobby Jr. and Rashad; four daughters, Reshae, Shon, Sharee and Tresh; ten grandchildren, a sister, Loretta (Cleveland) Scott; a brother, Ulysses (Tammy) Martin, Jr. a special aunt, Patricia A. Carter; a host nephews, cousins and friends.
